Department of Real Estate
The Real estate team handles the entire range of real estate transactions in all relevant stages, ranging from routine operations of purchase, sale and leasing of real estate (residential and commercial), to unfreezing of land, promoting MBP and joint entrepreneurship transactions, to real estate combination transactions with approved outline programs.
The department has extensive experience in projects from the early stages of initiation to the stages of implementing the project, including the handling of appraisal versus the different entities, dealing with the planning authorities, handling the Israel Lands Administration, registration of transactions at the Land Registry and registration of condominiums.
The department also deals with legal activities related to the planning and construction field, including appearing before the local planning committees and the various regional and appeal committees, court administrators and others.
Real Estate Taxation
The team gained extensive experience in the handling of fees, development levies and property taxes with local authorities. As part of the service the department handles tax issues intertwined in real estate transactions, from the design of the business outline
and the most appropriate taxation for the transaction to handling betterment tax issues, acquisition tax, municipal taxation (betterment charges, property taxes, development and infrastructure taxes) and more, which complementary to the transactions.
Commercial and anti-money laundering
The commercial department specializes in commercial law and economics, in general and corporate law in particular, from the initial stages of establishment of projects, start-up companies and other commercial partnerships and accompanies to ongoing legal support of the commercial activities of these entities.
This guidance includes, among other things, providing ongoing advice and representation at all levels of business firms and legal support of overall business activity of the client - both with authorities and public / government bodies as well as with commercial / business entities. This support also includes supporting of various internal company departments - participation in board meetings, various committees of the board of directors and the general assembly and counseling to these factors.
As part of the ongoing support of businesses, the department is involved in drafting commercial and business contracts, counseling, assistance with legal correspondence and handling of internal issues related to the current management of the corporation represented, including dealing with issues related to labor law.
Department has experience in due diligence procedures for the acquisition of businesses and technologies and business activities in Israel and abroad, and close monitoring of transactions of purchase and sale.
The firm represents foreign companies in Israel and Israeli companies abroad in international trades, investments, international transactions and entrepreneurship and serves if necessary as a coordinator between the professional entities in Israel and abroad regarding the appropriate tax structure.
Our office also specializes in the Anti-Money Laundering Act 2000 and its implications, in the commercial business aspect, while providing consulting and support to businesspersons in Israel and abroad.
The department's employees have a high capacity of control negotiation in commercial and international matters both in Hebrew and in English at a high level.
Banking
Our firm works with various banks in Israel and abroad, and serves as, if necessary, a link between the various banks and clients and provides legal support in: matters of financing and bank loans for various transactions, working with the Bank's compliance officers in accordance with the procedures of the Money Laundering Law, regulating accounts abroad with the relevant authorities in Israel and so on.
